Vazhakai[Plantain] Bajji is one of the favorite snacks in our home during the Ramadan month.
I slice them in circles instead of the usual lengthwise cuts – no reason why except of the wastage in slicing it like that.
And I use store bough bajji mix – obvious reasons again – easy and perfectly good, delicious.
Just add water to the bajji mix, dip the plantain to the batter and deep fry. Serve with chutney of choice.
