Lunch Plate with Karakuzhambu

Back from Goa vacation, this morning I made idli dosai batter as the first task and made this delicious lunch with what was in my fridge and freezer.
With the green peas and Moringa/drumstick from freezer, I made this yummy karakuzhambu. Then carrot and beans poriyal from slightly sad looking veggies I had in my fridge. Delicious nevertheless.
And added some curd and papad, we are set for a WFH lunch.
Taking a little break from work today in my lunch hour, I plated this and took a pic. Looks so good although simple, after over 6 days of eating hotel buffets and fast food chains. Because we are not very adventurous and do not try anything unfamiliar, we had to choose carefully on what was available and what was not l and stuck with the hotel menu card mostly. Now this comforting lunch plate pic, I wanted to post on story as always, but thought it looked very good to not be in my feed. So here we are.. a lunch plate with –
