Mint Chutney Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Mint Chutney Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I’ve been making these Mint Chutney Grilled Cheese sandwiches on repeat for the last few weeks and thought why not capture it in the blog although the recipe is very very easy. The mint chutney is the Indian version of Pesto. In place oil we have coconut that gives the needed fat and also body to the Chutney. It has tamarind, spice from red & green chilies, and loads of fresh mint, coriander leaves and optionally a few sprigs of curry leaves. It is simple, delicious and some crispy gooey melty cheese sandwiches this is several times better than the plain grilled cheese(I love those too, no bad comments about them).
Try it with some fruits on side or with some potato soup to make it a meal, carbs on carbs is my way!! They are good anyway you want to have them.
Check out my recipe below
