Super Delicious Paneer Pav Bhaji recipe that is perfect to use up the leftover vegetables…
Easy Tawa Paneer

Tawa Paneer..
My son loves paneer, in any and every form! Yes.. I don’t remember cooking or having paneer so much before than the last couple of years. Tikka, curry, grated and stuffed parathas, bhajis and what not.. I have made them all and I am trying out new recipes every week. Generally paneer tikka is made in hot tandoori or oven or air fryer.. takes a bit longer and cannot be cooked without some prior planning..
For days like those, I have the easy 10 minutes Tawa Paneer recipe.. the outer coating will get crispy, the paneer will stay soft and intact with spicy tangy taste. It’s overall wonderful, very easy.
Recipe for my easy tawa paneer is below

Ingredients
Paneer – 200g, cut into cubes or rectangles
Thick yogurt – 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Lemon juice – 1tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Ground pepper- 1/2 tsp
Ground cumin- 1/2 tsp, roasted if you have
Garam masala – a large pinch
Besan or chickpea flour – 1 tbsp
Dried fenugreek leaves – 1/2 tsp, methi leaves
Salt as needed
Sesame seeds – 1tsp, option
Oil to shallow fry in pan
Method
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients EXCEPT the paneer, sesame seeds and oil
2. Make a thick paste and then add the paneer to coat them with the marinade
3. Let it marinate for sometime if you have or refrigerate if you want to cook later
4. Heat a tawa, or a pan with some oil. Add the paneer carefully, cook quickly on all the sides. Will take about 1 minute each on medium flame
5. Sprinkle on some sesame seeds in top, optional
