Good morning and happy Thanksgiving giving day to all my friends & families who are celebrating the day. Hoping your holidays there will lighten the work load this week for us here
Breakfast scenes in the pic today.. Medhu Vadai – quick tips
Medhu vadai and chutney.
Vadai is a common dish in our home, mostly for breakfasts. I make them at least once a week. I find it easy to make them.. with lots of easy tricks up my sleeve!

Quick tips to make nice delicious vadai
1. You can make the best batter in your mixer, no need for grinder always.
2. Add the green chillies when you make batter, helps when kids are around and they don’t find chunky chopped chillies in the vadai and hate them. My son loves medhu vadai!!
3. Use an ice cream scoop to shape/ make vadai. Easy like you won’t believe. Scoop batter on to your other hand, make a hole and carefully drop in the oil.
4. Delicious to eat vadai has only 6 ingredients – urad dal or black lentils, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, salt, oil to fry.
.
Simple? Try them at home..
