A quick tip of repurposing leftover curries into pav bhaji masala. Warm the curry and with a potato masher or even a fork mash all the vegetables in the curry. Add a little water, salt, pav bhaji masala powder( store-bought spice mix), lemon juice and a little butter. Simmer for 5 minutes.. there you have it.. instant pav bhaji masala from left over curries
