Strawberry Coconut Rice Smoothie.
Rice in Smoothie may sound weird but trust me when I say this is one wonderfully delicious, thick, nutritious and perfect breakfast smoothie in your favorite flavors.
This Smoothie is made with rice flakes(Called Aval in Tamil) that are easy to process and will soak up water as it sits so you don’t have to worry about watered down icy fruits in the Smoothie. The Smoothie will remain in the scoopable consistency you like.
Below are what you need to make this tasty breakfast smoothie. Use plant based milk and yogurt to make it all vegan.

Ingredients
1. Yogurt
2. Milk
3. Strawberries
4. Rice flakes
5. Dessicated Coconut
6. Maple syrup/ honey/ coconut sugar
7. Chia seeds

Method
1. Blend all ingredients and serve with more Strawberries, Coconut on top.
