Instant Gluten-free Chickpea flour Dosa || Besan Dosa
Besan Dosa or Instant Gluten-free Chickpea flour Dosa.
Instant Dosas for the win..always. what a way to breakfast for days you’re not well much, but still want to feed the family and feel good about it.
Delicious Instant dosas for the aid!!
One such dosa type is the Chickpea flour gluten-free dosa. Make them using the recipe below.
Serve with chutneys or curries of choice.
Ingredients
Chickpea flour/Besan – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp(optional)
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp(optional)
Water – 3 1/2 cups or as needed to make batter
.
Method
1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and make the dosa(crepes) batter.
2. Make dosa in the dosa gridle with oil as needed.
3. Serve hot with chutneys or potato masala as needed.
