A super simple delicious fudgy chocolate marbled banana bread made with left over ripe banana…
Healthy Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ready for a refined sugar free, refined flour free banana bread recipe that is loaded with healthier ingredients like whole oats, banana, dark brown unrefined sugar and loads of chocolate chunks?? Here we have it.. my version of the healthy chocolate chunk oatmeal banana bread recipe.
This banana bread is special – no, seriously!! With homemade oat flour and ground almonds in it, this recipe is gluten free as well. When you make it just ensure your oat flour or whole oats are from certified gluten free brand.

All you need is a spice grinder or even coffee grinder to make oat flour for your recipes. I use my spice grinder to grind oat flour fresh and flavorful as needed for the recipe. No storing it and letting it go bad.. Do you know what’s better here? If you don’t have oatmeal or a spice grinder, no worries. Just use some quick oats or porridge oats whole. The texture will still be great and perfect.
Another excellent, healthy way of using the old ripe bananas deliciously.

Did I also mention that all you need is one bowl to make this healthy chocolate chunk oatmeal banana bread?! Yes, you need one bowl and all you have to do is get the ingredients. Once you have the ingredients ready, put them in the same order one by one and mix as you add them. Fold in the chocolate chunks and add more chocolate on top. Then bake… Absolutely healthy[but not too dense or bland], delicious and perfect banana bread you need for breakfast or for brunch or even to carry as a snack is ready!!
