Nutella Puff Pastry Pinwheels || Chocolate pinwheel Cookies

Nutella Puff Pastry Pinwheels.. Holidays are always synonymous with the desserts, especially cookies. These cookies are my post contribution for an Instagram collaboration.
If my friends are seeing the post they will ask what holidays!!!
So true it would be too, we literally get or take any holidays except for the weekends or one day for the festival/event only holidays. But the spirit.. we have in loads amd share it in form of food. Particularly sweets or desserts. As for me, if you’re making any desserts to celebrate holidays, it should involve very minimal work.

Enter puff pastry, readmade puff pastry sheets and a jar of Nutella!! Roll, spread, roll, slice and Bake!! Enjoy.. awesome, yeah!! Looking fancy too and nobody outside of kitchen will ever know how these came about, at least my family never questions and just enjoy the treats. PERFECT. RECIPE is below

Ingredients
All butter Puff pastry sheets – 250g mine are from @trystgourmet
Nutella, or any chocolate spread – 5 tbsp
Caster Sugar – 2tbsp
Cocoa Powder – 1tbsp
Icing sugar – to dust, optional.
Method
1. Roll the puff pastry to even the edges and keep the pastry sheet between baking sheets.
2. Mix the caster sugar and the Cocoa powder in a small bowl, Sprinkle the mixture evenly on the rolled pastry sheet. Press down or roll on top of the sugar if needed, so it all stick to the dough sheet.
3. Cover with the baking sheet and carefully flip it so the Cocoa sugar covered side is at the bottom.
4. Now on the other side facing up, spread the Nutella all over evenly.
5. Using the bottom sheet, roll the pastry sheet tightly.
6. Freeze for 10 minutes to ensure you get nice slices without Nutella smudging.
