Sweet Lime mojito..
Sweet Lime or Mosambi as they are called here are always synonymous to the “visiting someone with fever or some illness and brought along as a get well” fruits.
To break this, me and my sister used to painstakingly remove the peel, pith and seeds and secure the pulp in a bowl and top with sugar and eat them. (Great tasting snack, if you have time and fancy some fruity simple one) But anyways, as a grown up there are a lot the juice of these fruits are used at home.
My favorite is this mocktail.
It is just sweet Lime juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves, sparkling water or soda water muddled together and strained. Delicious!!!!
