Easy Prawns Fry

Easy Prawns fry.. a simple side for rice or bread of choice. These prawns come together in minutes, are spicy, crispy and just fantastic with tacos as well.
All you need are some simple ingredients, cleaned and deveined prawns and basic spice powders – turmeric, red Chilli and ginger garlic paste. Very very simple

Ingredients
Prawns – 200g, thoroughly cleaned
Oil – 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli powder- 1tsp
Water – a splash
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
1. Heat a pan and add the oil
2. Add the cleaned prawns and saute
3. Add the ginger garlic paste and continue sautéing
4. Add the salt, turmeric powder and Chilli powder. Stir and add a splash of water. Cook on high flame for a few minutes
5. When the prawns start crimping up add the lemon juice
6. Serve hot
