Simple Delicious Chicken Fry

Are you looking for a very quick simple delicious chicken fry recipe that you can use in your salads or as side dishes or just as a snack? Right here I have one. From step 1 to the last, it takes on 15 minutes.
Since this is a very quick recipe, no elaborate marinating is needed. Still with lesser time soaking up the basics of the spices, this chicken fry is so good you can do whenever you are in time cinch.

Keep your chicken pieces small so they get cooked in short time and absorb the maximum of the spicy flavor you mix them with.
Also, in this recipe I deep fry the chicken. But air frying or baking them a little oil sprayed on top will also work.
And another super important thing, DO NOT EVER COOK CHICKEN WITHOUT A LITTLE TURMERIC POWDER. It helps keep bad things happening, like stomach upset or anything; Not that this recipe of simple delicious chicken fry will give them. Because these are super fresh, crispy and very very delicious..

Simple Delicious Chicken Fry
Equipment
- Deep frying pan
Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken Remove skin, and have them cut into bite sized.
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt Adjust as needed
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 juiced Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Optional
- Oil to deep fry OR 1 tsp to bake or air fry.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except the oil and mix thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces [5 or 6 pieces at a time, based on the size of your frying pan] and fry just until you see crispy edges for about 4-5 mins a batch[Do no overcook to avoid chicken from drying].
- If baking or air frying, mix a teaspoon of oil to the chicken. Spread them on the pan and bake for 18-20 mins at 190 degrees Celsius.
Notes
- Bake or fry or air fry as per your convenience.
- If left over, store in fridge for a day or two well closed and then fry when you need them.
- Serve with mint chutney and salad.
