Simple Carrot Fries

I’m very excited to post the recipe of my new favorite – The perfect alternate to the fatty carbohydrates loaded potato fries is here. While I love potatoes, especially french fries I’m not comfortable eating the fried, or frozen potatoes fried in air fryer. All have added salts, fats and preservatives unless you do them from scratch. So here we are, simple and sweet, salty and super delicious simple carrot fries which are perfect with all your fries cravings.
These carrot fries are baked, you can even put them in an air fryer and get them done quickly all under 15 minutes.

The recipe is very basic – has carrots cut into fries, toss them with some olive oil, honey, lemon juice and seasonings. Bake. VERY VERY SIMPLE.
To serve use any dip you like – Cream cheese dips[Our Favorite], mustard sauce, ketchup or just some yogurt sauce!

Simple Carrot Fries
Equipment
- Baking tray, Oven or air fryer
Ingredients
- 250 Grams Carrots Peeled and cut into fries
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice From 1 small lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- Line a baking tray if needed.
- To the baking tray add the cut carrots.
- Add the olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
- Add the salt, pepper and turmeric powder.
- Toss them all together. Spread in the tray.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
Notes
- Bake or air fry as per your preference.
- Serve with any dip or sauce you like. We like cream cheese dips.
