Banana Nutella Muffins

Another banana recipe and so very simple to make if you have a food processor or no worries, just one bowl is enough to mix the batter of these delicious One bowl Banana Nutella Muffins.
These are another perfect way to make use of the ripe old bananas you have in your pantry and uses only less number of pantry ingredients; Involves no creaming the sugar and butter, because we use olive oil in the recipe.

Food processor does make it easy but use a bowl and a fork to mash the banana and whisk the rest of the ingredients if you like. So very simple.

Banana Nutella Muffins
Equipment
- Food processor – optional, If not available use large bowl and hand whisk.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Super ripe banana Save few slices to place on top before baking.
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar Or Regular granulated sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/4 Cup Nutella Plus more for topping[Optional]
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- If using food processor, add all ingredients in it and process until smooth.
- If using a bowl, mash the bananas. Add ingredients in the above order and combine until you get a batter.
- Divide the batter into lined muffin trays, or silicone moulds.
- Place sliced banana on top of the batter.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 – 30 minutes until super golden and fully baked.
- Serve warm with some nutella on top.
- Enjoy.
