Easy Banana Raspberry Muffins

As the name says, these muffins are so easy to make. All you will need is one bowl for this recipe. And a handful of major ingredients you will have the best tasting banana muffins filled with juicy tart raspberries.
The recipe calls for very less granulated sugar. All you will need to aid with sweetness are super ripe bananas. Skip sugar on the muffin batter and sprinkle some sugar on top to get crunchy sugary top. Or replace granulated sugar with brown sugar in the batter.
So, take that one bowl where you will mix all the ingredients and make the batter that is so versatile. Instead of adding raspberries, use chocolate chips. You have the best banana chocolate muffins.
How to make easy banana raspberry muffins?
Mash the banana with a fork. Ensure you use very ripe bananas. This will help in the natural sweetness I was saying above about. Add sugar if using, add the eggs and the oil. Yes, the recipe uses olive oil that goes really well with bananas. No butter, no waiting for it come to room temperature and no whisking it until soft and creamy. Just mix with a fork or a hand whisk as you add the ingredients as you add.
Then add a little vanilla and a little ground cinnamon, a table spoon of yogurt and that’t the wet ingredients done. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and combine them all. That’s the muffin batter done.
Just mix some fresh or frozen raspberries and bake. Your amazing banana muffins are ready.
