Recipe of a simple, healthy, sugar-free cracker cookies made with honey and flavored with cinnamon…
Salted Honey Fruit Crisp with Mango

Summer in Chennai means hot weather. So very hot you cannot go out and mostly will have to be fully slathered in sunblock[Doesnโt work at noon times :(]. But summer in Chennai also means a lot of Mango in the market. While the fruit is as good as fresh and juicy, there are a lot of bakes and dishes you can do with them. My summer recipes mostly include Mango. Winter or Summer, fruit crisps are warm, comforting. So sharing ultimate summer recipe which is this Salted Honey Fruit Crisp with Mango. Just delicious.

This dish is vegan, refined sugar free, gluten free and healthy too. So will suit whatever diet you are following. If not suitable for your diet, cut the ice cream[DONโT!!] or use frozen yogurt or just simply cream or cold milk. This fruit crisp will be super delicious..
Honey โ Salted Honey Filling
The dish is entirely sweetened with honey. No sugar โ and is partially reliant on the sweetness from the fruit. But while using fruits like mango, you may find the dish too sweet along with the honey in the ingredients list.

The perfect way to balance is the addition of SEA SALT. Add salt in the crumble, and sprinkle more on the honey & mango. This will bake into the perfect Salted Honey Fruit crisp with a sweet fruit filling.
Speaking of the filling, there really is no filling. But just the whole fruit pieces with honey and salt.
I have used Mango, but use any fruit you have here. Strawberry works great. Peach will work too. If you are feeling adventurous, try Pineapple.
But guys, ROASTED MANGO IS JUST HEAVEN!! You must try it.

Crumble Topping
Do some versatile crumble that is gluten-free, refined sugar free, is plant-based and superb. This one is very simple with only a handful of ingredients and needs a simple food processor to get a coarse crisp topping.
