Recipe of a simple, healthy, Easy Homemade Coconut Crackers made with coconut flour, coconut milk…
Homemade Sugar-free Honey Cinnamon Crackers

With all of us staying home or having found options to work from home, it is a known fact the snack consumption has reached a new high. While some have no option to do anything else but eat what they get, some of us with options should feel grateful and thankful and make good choices of food.

So when I tried this Sugar free easy homemade honey cinnamon crackers, the results were absolutely delicious, some what healthy with whole wheatmeal, honey and no added refined sugar. These crackers can be used for your S’mores sandwiches, ice cream sandwiches, cheese board and for tart or pie bases and my personal favorite – for cheesecakes.

Like mentioned above, these crackers are totally sugar-free. we use honey in place of sugar, that gives the crackers natural sweetness that will linger on your tongue for a long time, pleasantly.
These crackers are flaky, thanks to the butter used and fiber rich whole wheatmeal. They have the natural flavor from the honey and also the ground cinnamon used.

In my recipe I have used full fat milk, but if you want to make it dairy-free replace with soy milk or almond milk. It will work and will also give good flavor to the crackers.
As you can see in the pictures, these crackers are not overly toasted but still crunchy. Increase the baking time by 3-4 minutes as needed to get more color to your preference.
