Pav Bhaji story
Pav bhaji… the unbeatable street food favorite of mine. I cook most of the meals at home,. I mean 95% of it. In fact I’m very scared of trying food outside since childhood and mostly the reason I never visited with any relatives or friends during mealtimes fearing what reason I may have to say without offending them.
So I have only very few outside or takeout options I consider, the rest I make at home. BUT.. pav bhaji is an exception. I love eating them, anytime and all the time I see them and also make at home at least 2-3 times a month. Only chaat item I love and make, I make it easily too. I make it in my soup maker
