In a hurry and don’t know what to make for a brunch dessert or just so tired to put together something for dessert but too lazy to do some real work in the kitchen? No worries… I just have one recipe that is super simple, very easy and could be made in no time at all and needs only 3 ingredients. Intrigued?? Read on for my recipe of 3 ingredients pineapple galette.

As the recipe name says, you will need only three ingredients. Puff pastry sheets, canned pineapple slices and some granulated raw sugar. Or any sugar!
How to make the 3 ingredients pineapple galette?
So simple to make. Get that hidden roll of puff pastry from your freezer or better yet any store bought pastry sheet or like me, use a homemade rough puff pastry.

Cut the pineapple slices in to thick chunks and arrange on the rolled puff pastry leaving out a small margin around.
Tuck in the pastry sheets. Brush the pastry with the juice from the canned pineapple [That gorgeous caramelized top after baking!] and sprinkle the raw sugar.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 13-16 minutes. You are are ready to serve these gorgeous caramel pineapple galette.

Ingredients
Puff pastry sheet – 1 Medium sized
Pineapple slices and juice – 3-4 slices from a canned tin.
Granulated Raw Sugar – 2 tbsp
Directions
- Roll the puff pastry to about 1/6th of an inch.
- Cut the pineapple slices in to thick chunks and arrange on the rolled puff pastry leaving out a small margin around.
