4 Ingredients Easy Mini Peach Pies
Simplest of the summer recipes are fruit pies. There are a lot of varieties in fruit pies. Some are made with jam filling, cream filling, custard and so on.. This recipe of the fruit pie, is just fruit!! Yeah.. the 4 ingredients easy mini peach pies here are made with just some fresh sweet fruits and are the easiest pies you could ever make.
All you need are ready made puff pastry sheets, sliced fruits, whisked egg for an egg wash on the pies and a sprinkle of coarse sugar. Roll the pastry sheets, arrange the fruits, given a egg wash and sprinkle the sugar on top. Bake and enjoy… so so good and so very simple to make. These mini pies are personal sized, so easy to serve in brunches and in parties. They are also so good and easy to make, so no fussing with pie dough and filling when you are running short of time.
Another good thing about these 4 ingredients easy mini peach pies are that they can be made with fresh peaches, or canned fruits or even jams or marmalade. SO delicious. Make sure you use good quality all butter puff pastry or rough homemade butter puff pastry.

Easy mini peach pies recipe made in a jiffy if you have a roll of puff pastry sheet sitting in your freezer – sweet, fresh and delicious and so very simple to make.
All butter puff pastry sheet – 1, thawed and ready to use
Sliced peaches – 3, Fresh or canned.
Egg – 1, whisked
Coarse granulated sugar – 3 tsp
- Roll the puff pastry sheets into a 8 x 8 rectangle. If already rolled sheet, just use directly.
- Cut the pastry sheet into 6 even rectangles.
- Arrange the peach slices, leaving out a margin.
- Brush the sides with whisked egg
- Sprinkle the sugar on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes.
- Use any fruit you have in this recipe.
- Canned or frozen fruits will work.
- Jam pies will work too.
