Small Batch Homemade Tomato Jam

Small Batch Homemade Tomato Jam
Vegetarian

I Love sweets.. and I’m not sorry about it. And I hate whole pieces of tomatoes in any food. With the exception of pizza sauce and this tomato jam!! I made a small batch homemade tomato jam after a long time and though to share the recipe to all. It is absolutely delicious and is so perfect, it will taste just like any berry jam.. no exaggeration.

IF you are not a big fan of tomatoes and feel like tomato smell is too much, add a splash of balsamic vinegar. I always do!! Totally elevates the taste of the jam and trust me, that is one addition, you don’t want to miss out on!!
