White Chocolate Berries French Toast Bake

Holidays always deserve special food and what if the special comfort food literally takes only a 15 mins preparation time and 40 minutes baking time – all you need is to relax and have fun?!! I have your back covered with my simple recipe of white chocolate berries French toast bake.
This is very similar to the bread and butter pudding, but just more special with the loaded berries and white chocolate. I mean caramelized white chocolate in your breakfast is totally fit for a holiday treat right?

How to make the white chocolate berries French Toast Bake?
Very simply 🙂
- Grate the white chocolate
- Spread your favorite berry jam on the bread slices and sprinkle each slice with the white chocolate
- Arrange on a baking dish
- Make the creamy white chocolate added custard with cream, milk and eggs
- Pour the custard over the arranged jam slathered bread slices
- Rest it overnight in fridge or bake after ten minutes as per your convenience
- Serve with a shower of icing sugar on top and cream and berries of choice

White Chocolate Berries French Toast Bake
Equipment
- Baking dish
Ingredients
- 8-10 Slices White Bread
- 3/4 Cup Any Jam Berry Jam preferably
- 150 Gm White Chocolate Grated
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Heavy Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
Instructions
- Grate the white chocolate
- Spread your favorite berry jam on the bread slices and sprinkle each slice with about half of the grated white chocolate
- Arrange on a baking dish
- Make the creamy custard by whisking the heavy cream, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt
- Pour the custard over the arranged jam slathered bread slices
- Arrange the butter sliced/grated on top of the bread slices
- Rest it overnight in fridge or bake after ten minutes as per your convenience
- Serve with a shower of icing sugar on top and cream and berries of choice
Notes
- Use any berry jam you have – I used raspberry jam. Pairs well with white chocolate
- Skip the butter step if you like – will taste the same, but well, butter makes everything better. So don’t skip
- Serve with more icing sugar and heavy cream
