Simple Spinach and Cheese Omelette || Breakfast Recipe. Simple, nutritious, healthy and filling omelette dish that is delicious and perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – Separated – 4

  • Spinach – 1 Cup [Washed & Cleaned]

  • Onion – 1 Small [Chopped]

  • Cheese – 1/2 Cup [Cheddar or any hard cheese]

  • Salt – As needed

  • Pepper – As needed

  • Oil – 1 tsp

Directions

  • Whip the egg whites until soft peaks are formed.
  • Fold in the yolks to the egg whites with some salt and pepper.
  • In a frying pan heat oil and saute the spinach & cheese. Keep it aside in a small bowl.
  • In the same pan add the whipped egg mixture.
  • Sprinkle on the sauteed onion & spinach and the cheese.
  • Close the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot.
