Ingredients
Eggs – Separated – 4
Spinach – 1 Cup [Washed & Cleaned]
Onion – 1 Small [Chopped]
Cheese – 1/2 Cup [Cheddar or any hard cheese]
Salt – As needed
Pepper – As needed
Oil – 1 tsp
Directions
- Whip the egg whites until soft peaks are formed.
- Fold in the yolks to the egg whites with some salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan heat oil and saute the spinach & cheese. Keep it aside in a small bowl.
- In the same pan add the whipped egg mixture.
- Sprinkle on the sauteed onion & spinach and the cheese.
- Close the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
