Sick day Special.. Lunch plate with Rasam, omelette and thuvaiyal
Rasam Rice.. the queen of comfort foods!
3 days of being sick with high temperatures and body pain, 4th day waking up to Raahil being sick is too much for me! Food is always the comfort I seek and provide for my family too. So made the spicy, tangy, peppery and herby rasam(filtered rasam in pic!!) with onion omelette and coconut thuvaiyal.
Coconut thuvaiyal is like chutney made by grinding coconut, dried red chillies, garlic, fried grams, salt and just enough water to get that thick thuvaiyal consistency. Delish!
