Equipment

  • Blender/Stick Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Ripe Mango Peeled, stone removed and the fruit cubed
  • 2 Cups Yogurt (Plant based will work fantastically too)
  • 1 tbsp Honey Adjust as needed. Add less if the fruit is sweeter
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients on a blender jar or stick blender jar.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in glasses and enjoy for breakfast or snack.

Notes

Chia seeds need not be soaked. Texture 🙂
Add ice to the drink if you like when blending. But cold drinks in the morning is not doing any good for your tummy.
