Mango Chia Smoothie

Looking for a delicious breakfast option during summer and that doesn’t have to be green – this 4 ingredients mango chia smoothie is for you.
Mango Chia Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender/Stick Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Ripe Mango Peeled, stone removed and the fruit cubed
- 2 Cups Yogurt (Plant based will work fantastically too)
- 1 tbsp Honey Adjust as needed. Add less if the fruit is sweeter
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients on a blender jar or stick blender jar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in glasses and enjoy for breakfast or snack.
