Almond Butter Banana Smoothie

Almond Butter Banana Smoothie.
Single serve, like most of my drinks are. With the rain almost gone and us in Chennai back to expecting daily sunshine I’m back to my routine of morning smoothies too. So many mornings of spending on the couch or the balcony looking at the rain doing nothing has not been so very good, I must say.


So now this Smoothie is so simple..
All you need is
1. Milk of choice – 200ml
2. Almond Butter – 1 tbsp
3. Dates Syrup or Dates – 2 or as needed
4. Banana – 1 small
5. Vanilla extract – optional
6. Salt – a small pinch
.
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy.
