While the Avocado toasts are viral and all are the trying their hands at it, I thought I’ll post my version, simple Avocado spread I make for breakfasts.
It is a simple mix of good ripe Avocado, extra Virginia olive oil, mixed garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and red Chilli flakes. Perfect everytime and fresh, vibrant looking too.

All you need are the below, for a tangy, balanced spread for your toast that is healthy.

  • Good ripe Avocado
  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Red Chilli flakes.
