Jaggery hoppers/ Sweet aappam

Jaggery Hoppers.. a simple variation from the aappam or hoppers, with a delicious addition of pure jaggery powder and fresh grated coconut on top. Same batter used for the hoppers, just sprinkle some jaggery and coconut, covere with a lid and cook until the hoppers are cooked.
Delicious on its own, or with coconut milk of you like.

I mean, perfecting one base batter for these aappam has opened up a lot choices to try now, and I’m going to be trying all toppings I have seen in #aappakadai
