One Bowl Classic Blueberry Muffins

Classic Blueberry Muffins.. for the start of the new week. After the festive mood and food is over, and getting back to work like there was nothing good and enjoyable happened in the last few days need good food too!! Just an incentive, you know to prompt you to work well!!
I just have the perfect one bowl recipe that makes exactly 6 Muffins, that you may or may not share.
Recipe for my classic Blueberry muffins is below,.. you may switch the berries with nuts, chocolates or any addons you like in your Muffins!! Classic can be versatile.. yeah?!!

Ingredients – Makes 6 regular sized Muffins
Vegetable Oil – 75ml
Egg – 1
Yogurt – 75g
Vanilla extract- 1tsp
Sugar – 75g, plus extra to Sprinkle on top
All purpose flour- 175g
Baking powder- 3/4 tsp
Baking Soda- 1/2tsp
Salt – 1/4tsp
Blueberries- 125g, fresh or frozen
Method
1. In a mixing bowl add the oil, egg, sugar, yogurt and vanilla extract
2. Whisk until creamy and combined. 2 minutes will work
3. Add the flour Baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold in, do not over work, mix just until combined.
4. Add the blueberries and give a quick mix
5. Divide the batter onto 6 muffin holes of the muffin tray ghat is lined with cupcake liners.
6. Sprinkle some sugar on top of each of the Muffins.
7. Bake in a 180° C preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
8. Perfect, Classic Blueberry muffins that are M word and just delicious are ready.
