Easy Aloo Paratha Recipe

Not the best looking Aloo Parathas, but the best tasting stuffed Paratha I have ever made. Anything that needs manual work, like hand rolling the roti instead of using an appliance is not my strength I guess!
But if you are marginally good at rolling a dough stuffed with spicy tasty filling, go for it. The filling comes together in 5 minutes if you have boiled potatoes. Add the basic spices and a little green ingredients. Itβs the best tasting meal you will ever make. Serve with pickle or tangy chutney of choice and curd/yogurt.
