Easy Strawberry Brownies – Strawberry topped Brownies

Easy Strawberry Brownies.. stashing snacks for the coming week is always a happy thing to do for me. Think of food, readily available without having to cook from scratch on busy workdays is always a plus for me and I don’t mind cooking or baking a variety of dishes for the week ahead on the weekends.
Brownies are an important part of the life, believe it or not, once you make your own and have a piece of it for days you’ll never want another chocolate snack ever. So I try to make a batch of Brownies every week and enjoy it throughout the week.
Now that I have my gluten free eggless Condensed milk millet recipe going on strong, I used it but added Strawberry jam and sliced Strawberries on top. It is brilliant and you just need 4 main ingredients other than the Strawberries.



Recipe for the Strawberry topped Brownies || Strawberry Brownies is below
Ingredients (8 Pieces)
Condensed Milk – 200g
Cocoa powder- 75g
Bajra/any millet or AP flour – 75g
Baking Powder – 1tsp
Strawberry jam – 4 tsp
Strawberries- 6, washed, hulled and sliced
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180°C
2. In a mixing bowl add the Condensed Milk, Cocoa powder, flour and the baking powder
3. Stir in quickly and get that delicious brownie batter
4. Transfer to a greased and lined baking pan
5. Swirl in the jam
6. Arrange the Strawberries on top as you like
7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
8. Enjoy with ice cream or just simply sliced
