Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ½ cups bread flour or All purpose flour or mix of wheat & AP flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius
  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until yeast foams, about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in flour, salt and oil. Knead until smooth.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round.
  • Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan.
  • Spread with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of choice and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
  • Enjoy.
