Easy Air Fried cheesy Potato Wedges
A super simple, basic Easy Air Fried cheesy Potato Wedges recipe made in air fryer. You can also make them in the oven, bake them. Just as delicious.
But we prefer air fryer because it is quicker, time saving and gives a crisp that is not got from the oven baked version. And the crisp stays for a long time as well.

Back to the Easy Air Fried cheesy Potato Wedges recipe, the recipe itself is very simple. Just parboil the potatoes, if you have no time, toss the cut potatoes in the fryer. And increase the cooking time. It will work too.
But parboiled potato ensure the wedges are evenly cooked, gets crispy on the edges and and more delicious.
The potato has a beautiful garlic flavor throughout. The same for the parsley, I am using a little dried parsley which will give a very good fragrance to the wedges, totally not overwhelming so kids will love these wedges.
Talking about the kids, they love the wedges whenever they are made and the melting cheese on the top is what that takes these wedges to next level.

Easy Air fried potato wedges that are garlic -y, cheese-y and just so tasty. Takes about 20 minutes to make, from start to end. This surely will become a favorite dish in your brunches or snack time,
Potatoes – 3, Large, cut into Wedges, Parboiled
Salt – 3/4 of a teaspoon
Chilly Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – A large Pinch
Garlic Cloves – 2, Peeled & Crushed
Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon
Dried Parsley – 1 teaspoon
Grated Cheese – I used Cheddar – 1 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise – To serve[Mine is homemade]
- In a mixing bowl, add the parboiled potato wedges and all other ingredients except the Cheese and Mayonnaise.
- Toss well until every wedge is coated.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Turn once in between
- Or Air fry at 200 degrees like I did for 9-10 minutes. Shake the fryer basket once in between.
- Once out of the fryer, Sprinkle on top the grated cheese while the wedges are still hot.
- Serve with Mayonnaise.
