I always feel like my hands are broken when I’m supposed to cook when there is no power! True.. 100% reliance on kitchen appliances and I can’t even think about cooking anything if there is no power. So wanted to keep things simpler and make Sandwiches. But wanted melty cheesy ones.. alas, can’t use the grill toaster!!
Finally dusted my grilling pan and made some sandwiches. The filling is very simple..

Sliced onions
Sliced Green bell pepper
Grated Emmental cheese
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Combine all, fill and sandwich the bread slices. Grill with butter until toasty and crispy, the cheese inside look melted.
Serve hot.
