A Summer lunch plate

A summery lunch plate.. loaded with favorites of the entire family, a really colorful and delicious plate of food put all together under 30 minutes.
I feel like Jamie Oliver saying you need few appliances for cooking faster.. but truly kitchen appliances help. In my plate today..

1. The Green peas pulao made in instant pot.. simple, really needs 5 minutes of pressure cooking and some time in sautéing. Adding hot water from a kettle really does speed up the cooking time
2. To the marinated chicken (salt, lemon, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, roasted amd ground pepper, coriander seeds, Chilli powder), add a teaspoon of oil, line the air fryer basket, arrange the chicken and cook at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip the chicken, 200 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Juicy chicken ready
3. A basic cucumber, cabbage and onion salad with lemon and salt
4. Mango and grapes, cut into bite pieces
5. Lemon sarbath with basil seeds..


Every part of it delicious, balanced with all necessary nutrients and more.. I surprised myself today. But post a week of very hectic work week and also some sick days it feels great too.
