Whole Wheat Flour Breakfast Crepes with nutella and berries

Whole Wheat breakfast Crepes filled with nutella and some berries. Simple, focusing only on the food on the plate kind of day needs some incentive to start the day and we make crepes, fill with chocolate and fruits!!

Ingredients

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 3/4 Cups Milk[Any you like]
  3. 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  7. 1/4 tsp Butter to grease the pan

Instructions

  1. Make a batter with all the above ingredients except the butter. It will be super thin.
  2. Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan.
  3. Add the butter and spread all over. Only for the first time, not needed for the second crepe!!
  4. Pour the batter and swirl until it reaches the ends of the pan.
  5. Cook until the crepe is cooked, browned. Flip carefully without tearing it.
  6. Cook for another minute.
  7. Repeat the pour- swirl – cook – flip – cook until the batter is over.
  8. Fill with nutella and berries.
  9. Dust with icing sugar if you like.
  10. Serve hot/warm!
