The day I found the versatility of the spicy red chutneys, I have been trying a lot of various combinations. I love them all now.. the coconut chutneys aren’t the one way nowadays and this simple chutney made with onion, lots of tomatoes, garlic, red chillies, a handful of split chickpeas, salt and spices sautéed until golden and ground into Chutney, this bright beautiful dish is so delicious.
Served with soft spongy red rice mini idli this is next level indulgence, healthy though.
