But we must always focus on the highest probability which is the success. The pancake recipe today has two parts. One is big tip that I am sure will come in handy for you whenever you want to make pancakes.

Yes, I am going to share an easy way to make homemade instant pancake mix. Make this mix as a bigger batch and Store it well in an air tight container. This can be stored for about 1 to 2 months in refrigerator.
Once you have the mix ready, all you will need is milk, eggs and butter. You can very well replace the butter with coconut oil, if that is what you like. Any fat, basically.
Now for the instant pancake mix that will make you forget the store bought ones..
The list of ingredients
Now, This is a mix you might want to put in a dry bowl, mix with a spoon and Store in an airtight container. Whenever you want to make pancakes, take it out from the refrigerator and measure the mix in a cup.
For every cup, which is about 150 grams of the mix you will need the below wet ingredients.
1. Milk or buttermilk – 200ml
2. Egg – 1
3. Butter or coconut oil – 4 tablespoons
4. Vanilla essence – a few drops
5. Ground cinnamon if you like
How to make these?
1. Measure out the pancake mix in a bowl.
2.Add the wet ingredients to it.
3. Mix well with a whisk.
4. Heat a pan, rub some butter or oil and pour the batter in to pancakes.
5. Flip once you see bubbles forming on the pancakes and let the other side cook.
Your pancakes are ready.. serve warm with honey and banana slices or any topping that’s your favourite to go with them.

Flour of your choice( whole wheat, regular flour or oatmeal) – 600 grams
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Baking powder- 3 teaspoons
Baking soda – one and a half teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon – Optional – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
- Make Pancakes
- For every cup, which is about 150 grams of the mix you will need the below wet ingredients.
