Choco Almond Banana Croissants

Choco Almond Banana Croissants.. a quick and easy fulfilling, delicious in a fulfill my sweet cravings for breakfast kind of a croissant banana sandwich. Easily made from ready-made Croissants from the close by bakery or homemade, these are crispy, juicy thanks to thick banana slices, chocolate-y because a nut chocolate spread sounds divine in buttery Croissants and generous Sprinkle of almond slices. Just so yum.. and oh before I forget my flow, these are baked/air fried too, so crunchy buttery Croissants with gooey filling for the best meal of the day us right here.

Ingredients
Croissants – 4, slice open into halves
Chocolate nut butter – 6 tbsp, nutella or Hershey spreads will work too
Banana – 4 thickly sliced
Almond – 4tbsp, sliced
Icing sugar to dust the top
Method
1. To the bottom half of the halved Croissants spread the chocolate nut butter generously
2. Arrange the sliced bananas
3. Cover with the other half
4. Spread a little of the choco nut butter on the top
5. Sprinkle Almond slices and slightly press so the Almonds stick to the top
6. Bake at 200°C for 6 to 8 minutes or air fry at 200°C for 4 to 6 minutes
7. Once out of the oven dust generously with icing sugar and enjoy with coffee, milk and fruits of choice for a happy meal
