Vegan Choco Chip Cookies

Vegan Choco Chip Cookies.. a simple no chill dough made in 5 minutes with easily available ingredients, full of flavors and soft & thick with little pools of chocolate. Yummmm..

Also see how the cookies are thick and perfectly shaped?! I have a tip..( I will post an article soon on that). Bake the dough in a ring mould/round metal cookie cutters.
Perfect bakery like Cookies, that are crisp on the outside, still gooey soft on the inside. Very very good..


Make them with recipe below –
Ingredients – makes 6
Coconut oil- 40ml
Soft brown sugar – 35g
White sugar – 50g
Coconut milk – 40ml
Vanilla extract – 1tsp
All purpose flour – 120g
Baking Soda – 3/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips – 75g + more to add on top

Method
1. In a bowl add the oil, sugars and the milk. Mix well
2. Add the vanilla extract, mix
3. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and fold in
4. Mix in the chocolate chips
5. Preheat the oven at 180°C
6. On a lined baking tray, place the ring moulds
7. Scoop the dough using a mechanical ice cream scoop and half fill the moulds. Place more chips on top
8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
9. Cool slightly and enjoy.

Vegan Choco Chip Cookies made with Coconut oil and coconut milk

Ingredients
