Protein rich Soy Dosai – Soya Beans Dosai

Protein rich Soy Dosai.. dosai is a never ending love for me. I love making and eating dosai all the times. It is such a versatile dish that can be made for breakfast or dinner and almost all times. And the versatility.. you can make dosai with almost all grains and lentils or pulses. With your own favorite side dish to go along, dosai is the best breakfast ever.

I have in my blog recipes of many dosa or dosai, and adding it them today is this Protein packed soy dosai. Made with rehydrated soya beans ground into batter, this is kind of an instant Dosai. You do not have to ferment the batter.. it works well too if you have time. Soak, grind and cook is awesome in dosai. The addition of soy in the batter makes it very very Fluffy, soft and delicious. And the color of the cooked dosai, check the pic for yourself.. absolutely gorgeous.
