7. 10-12 curry leaves
8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
9. 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
10. 2 tablespoons oil
11. Salt to taste


1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida and curry leaves.

2. Add the peanuts to the pan and roast them until they turn golden brown.
