Banana choco PB baked doughnuts with a choco chunky PB ganache topping… Saying the name itself is so cool, right? Has all my favourite ingredients – Chocolate, peanut butter and banana in doughnut form.
Made in a simple blender, this doughnut batter has a ripe banana, 2 eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and peanut butter blended first. Once smooth, add the flour, cocoa powder, Baking powder,baking soda and salt. Process again just until the mixture comes together. Bake in prepared doughnuts pan at 180°C for 18 to 20 minutes. Let it cool..
The frosting,guys, is absolutely to die for.. just heaven.
Heat the Double cream some dark chocolate and melt it. Once cooled a little bit, add the icing sugar and the peanut butter and mix well until smooth enough to be spread on the doughnuts.
Serve after you secure your share.. because they will be gone in seconds.
