3 Step Vegetable curry

This steaming bowl of mixed vegetables #korma is all the #veggie goodness you need for a day.
Made as the sidedish for poori for dinner, this curry is a very simple three step cook.
1. Prepare veggies(my version has potatoes, french beans, carrot, beetroot, onion, tomatoes, green chilly, coriander and green peas) and other ingredients(ginger garlic paste, oil, salt, chilly powder, turmeric and coriander powder)
2. Saute everything and slow/pressure cook
3. To finish if you want add a little coconut milk and serve. Simple isn’t it??!!😍😍
