The ultimate banana berries smoothie .. this one is not your common milkshake kind of a smoothie. It really is a healthy wholesome delicious at the same time kind of a smoothie.


Yeah.. it has ginger, sunflower seeds(add any seeds like hemp hearts, pumpkin or flax seeds), a good drizzle of honey and a handful of granola too in addition to banana, mixed berries, milk and a little yogurt.
Essentially your breakfast bowl made into a smoothie, that is so good as a carry to work or school breakfast. I have added a small piece of ginger, you can try ginger infused honey. Elevates the taste a lot, a delicious twist from the normal smoothie recipes with banana. Addition of some seeds or nuts is to add healthy fat to the drink; this can be replaced with almond Butter or any seeds butter.

Ingredients- serves 2
Milk of choice – 250ml
Thick yogurt – 50g
Banana – 2, medium sized and sliced
Berries (strawberry, Blueberry etc.,) – 1 cup, about 150g
Granola – 2tsp (replace with oats, nuts if you have to)
Ginger – a small piece
Honey – 2tsp, or as needed
Sunflower seeds – 1tbsp

Method
1. Blend everything until smooth
2. Pour into a tall glass or into your favorite tumbler with lid to carry as a breakfast work or school
3. Enjoy
