Pear Almond Crumble

This recipe for All Brown Sugar Pear Almond Crumble is a delicious and easy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The crumble topping is made with all brown sugar, which gives it a deep, rich flavor that perfectly complements the sweetness of the pears. The crumble is best served warm, so be sure to bake it until the topping is golden brown and the pears are tender. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for a decadent treat.

**Ingredients:**
* 4 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
* 1/2 cup brown sugar(divided 1/4 cups each for crumble and fruit)
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup chopped almonds
* 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine pears, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, almonds, and butter. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Pour the pear mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the pears.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the pears are tender.
6. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

**Tips:**
* For a more intense almond flavor, use almond flour instead of all-purpose flour.
* If you don’t have any nutmeg, you can substitute 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger.
* If your fruit crumble is too dry, you can add a tablespoon or two of water or applesauce to the topping mixture.
**Enjoy!**
