Easy Fish Curry

Easy Fish Curry

Easy Fish Curry..  although I like food and trying new food, I like them all cooked/experimented by me. I am not that outgoing and adventurous in trying new food and ingredients, in trying savory dishes. I take comfort in cooking recipes I knew, I saw my family cooking and I do not alter few recipes no matter how I lack ingredients at times. I just stick to the recipe, just without few optional ingredients in it. Almost all savory dishes I cook and post are almost the same way that my grandmother and mother cook. This fish curry is one such recipe that is easy, so delicious, simple and just like how my mom makes it.

You can use any fish for this recipe, with any cuts with bone or boneless pieces. Any will work.. in my blog there is also another type of fish curry(meeta) present.  It has ginger garlic and onion coconut base.. look for Anchovies fish curry for that one. This easy Fish Curry has tamarind(katta) and slightly spicier. Do try and leave comments on how you like it.
