No Churn chocolate chip ice cream

No Churn chocolate chip ice cream is a delightful frozen treat that doesn’t require an ice cream maker. It’s a simple and delicious way to make ice cream at home, and just what the start of the weekend needs!!
Below is a quick and simple recipe for my choco chip ice cream. Try it..

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream(double cream)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or more if you prefer)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1.In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
3. Add the chocolate chips and a pinch of salt, stirring gently to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
4.Transfer the mixture into a lidded container or a loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Cover the container with a lid or wrap it tightly with plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.
6. Freeze the mixture for at least 6 hours or overnight, allowing it to set completely.
7.Once the ice cream is fully frozen, scoop it into bowls or cones, and enjoy your homemade no-churn chocolate chip ice cream!

Tips:
1.Make sure the heavy whipping cream is very cold before whipping to achieve the best results.
2. For extra flavor, you can add some cocoa powder to the whipped cream for a richer chocolate taste.
3. Experiment with different mix-ins like crushed cookies, nuts, or caramel swirls for added variety.
4.If you prefer a softer ice cream texture, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
Enjoy your delicious homemade no-churn chocolate chip ice cream!
